Hayward Tyler are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious engineering graduates to join our team. As part of our engineering management scheme you will take part in a variety of projects aimed at providing you with an in depth understanding of our business, as well as structured training which will give you the tools to progress quickly through our business and become chartered. We are looking for Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to join our programme.
This role will enable you to take on real responsibility and make a real difference to our business. We want our graduates to get their hands dirty, with projects that will see you take them right from the planning stages through to completion of our large scale production operations on our factory floor, not from behind a desk! We value our graduates, and expect them to be challenging and innovative, and drive our business and processes forward. In return for all your hard work, we will support you through to chartership, as well as taking you through our management training programme.

So where do you come in?
Your first year will see you take part in our structured management programme. Your induction will enable you to gain experience in areas of engineering, design, and production. In year two you will take on a more defined role based on the previous years experience.
What can we give you?
We will offer a starting salary of £22,000 with structured training and support to gain chartered status.
What you need to demonstrate?
We are looking for graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering to add value to our business from day one. We want driven individuals who will take responsibility for the tasks they are given as well supporting other team members. We don’t expect you to have any prior experience but you must be able to apply your current knowledge to our business processes, and of course, have passion for engineering!
