Hayward Tyler Global Services provide specialist support to our oil and gas customers both on and offshore. Hayward Tyler is already a world leader the design and manufacture of bespoke pumps and motors for the offshore oil and gas market and has recently designed and manufactured the world’s largest and deepest submersbile motor, in addition to an array of specialist seawater lift and firewater pumps for a variety of customers.

Hayward Tyler are experts in the field of wet wound motor and pump technology with over 100 years of experience.  We manufacture and service submersible pumps and motors up to 5.5MW with a voltage of 11Kv.   A complete in-house wet wound service allows customers to closely monitor quality and turnaround timescale.  Hayward Tyler has a fully functional service workshop based in Luton, England, to offer the offshore market the very best in service, turnaround and price and our fully qualified mechanical engineers also carry out work on offshore platforms.  Firewater Pumps (line shaft and submersible), Booster Pumps, Jockey Pumps and Subsea Pumps and Motor sets are just a few examples of what we are able to test. 

In addition to this valuable service we can also supply fully qualified mechanical engineers to carry out the installation of our units and fault find/minor repairs on the offshore platforms if required (depending on the platform facilities).

Further to this, Hayward Tyler Offshore Services established a new office in Aberdeen in 2008.  This was set up specifically to assist and support the North Offshore market and develop our client base.
